Hi, I'm Jiahao.

I'm a backend and infrastructure developer. I build small, reliable services and write about the tools I use along the way.

Most of my work lives close to the metal: HTTP services in Go, a few Python utilities, and a long-running fascination with making Linux boxes do exactly what I want and nothing more. I care about boring, predictable software — the kind that keeps running while you forget it exists.

When I'm not at a terminal I'm usually reading, walking, or quietly fighting with my home network. This little corner of the web is where I keep notes I'd otherwise lose.
